Preliminary design for the revamping of an existing office building and proposals for a new expansion building in Pointe Noire, Rèpublique du Congo. The architectural renovation project includes new external facades with horizontal sunshades, replacing the larger GRC elements. New restoration areas have been foreseen in each floor. The new extension building was positioned on existing foundation piles, abandoned following the demolition of an old clinic.
