The project involves the construction of a new building with two floors above ground, including a mezzanine. The construction of the main body, together with the artisanal production part, has a rectangular shape and creates a single full-height volume, including the offices.

The project was carried out with the BIM methodology (LOD 300), both for the architectural and structural parts.
