Design, civil works management for the extraordinary maintenance intervention of the IKEA Store in Rome Anagnina.
The civil interventions envisaged in the project are:
• Adaptation of the rainwater disposal system
• Execution of partial closure of the canopy present on the roof at an altitude of +11.00 m with the installation of rainproof panels
• Renovation of the waterproof covering of the relaxation/smoking area part of the terrace at an altitude of +5.40 m
• Renovation of the waterproof roofing layer at an altitude of +11.00 m (including dismantling and reassembly of the existing photovoltaic system)
• Renovation of the waterproof roofing layer at a height of + 5.40 m

All activities were carried out with the shop open and functioning, working in multiple shifts and carrying out all the most impactful activities for customers at night.
